Missions Ministry

The Mission Ministry of Grace Church is one of the areas where individual members of the body of Christ can be actively involved in being obedient to what our Lord commanded us to do in the book of Acts, Chapter 1 and verse 8:

"But you shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

Whether it is at home, in your neighborhood, at work, in your community, somewhere in the USA or in a foreign country, God is at work through you wherever you may be. "Missions" is often associated with short term trips to far off places. Yet, where we may have the greatest opportunity to be a vessel of influence for God is right where He has us in our daily walk with Him. At Grace we want to encourage and equip God's people to be ready to "be a witness" for our Lord and to "always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you".

Getting involved in the Mission Ministry of Grace doesn't necessarily mean going out on a mission trip. It starts with prayer and seeking the guidance of the Lord through His Holy Spirit.

Pray for those people in your life that need salvation.

Pray for the lost in Catoosa County and Georgia.

Pray for the USA as a Nation.

Pray for the pastors and churches that we are involved with and support in Zimbabwe.
Pray for the Carter family who we also support in their calling to Chile.
