Worship is a vital part of whom we are in Christ and whom we are as His Church.  Our Worship ministries exist for one main purpose, which is "To glorify God, and to prepare God's people for the ministry of the God's Word as it is taught."  Further, our focus in worship is on Jesus Christ and His finished work.  Through our worship we desire to minister to the person of Christ, rather than focusing on the personal benefits. We believe that our worship is really and is an expression of our heart relationship to Jesus Christ. Sunday morning worship services are not intended to be a performance but rather a time for the body of Christ to join their voices and hearts together in love and surrender to Christ. We make it our aim to sing songs of celebration, declaration, and adoration consistent with the Word of God.  We pray that those who lead the body in this ministry will be a blessing and a personal witness of genuine worship.

Our worship Ministries include:

Kids Praise - A weekly time for our children to be introduced to various instruments of praise, learn the real value and practice of worship, and sing in an all kids choir.  Our Kidz Praise ministry produces a Christmas play each year and leads the congregation in worship on special occasions. Interpretive Dance - This is a ministry that is geared for young girls and ladies in the body.  Each year our ladies and young girls participate in this dynamic ministry as they use sign language, drama, and dance to express worship to our Lord Jesus.  Each year this dance ministry produces a recital of celebration to our Lord.  If you are interested in serving the Lord through this ministry, please contact Kim Horne.

Grace Singers - The Grace Singers represents the Adult Choir ministry of Grace Church. Membership is open to anyone High School age and up. The Grace Singers utilize a variety of musical styles in order to express a testimony of thanksgiving. Their goal is to share in the ministry of worship leadership by modeling vibrant and passionate worship during corporate worship times, as well as providing special musical presentations. Membership requires the attendance of a weekly one-hour rehearsal and participation in weekly corporate worship services. Grace Church Praise Team - This group of musicians and singers provide our body with joyful, passionate, and balanced order of worship each week. We make it our goal to play in a way that does not distract but rather aids the body in singing praises to the Lord. We desire for our songs to reflect both the people who are singing them as well as the one to whom we sing. Again, we are not interested in Performance but rather Participation. Our praise team is made up of talented musicians who enjoy the opportunity to express their love for Christ through the various instruments they play. Our musicians make themselves available to the body if you would like to learn to play a specific instrument such as guitar, piano, or drums. Worship Related Seminar Classes for adults - On a rotational basis, we offer classes on various areas of worship ministry, such as "The Heart of David", "Why do I Worship", etc.
